Major power

You, nor Borderless Ltd are not liable for any breach of obligations due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, but Borderless will undertake take all reasonable steps to limit the duration and effect of these circumstances and to find other ways to fulfil your obligations.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Your agreement with Borderless, including these terms and all other matters mentioned above, is governed solely by the laws of the United Kingdom and GDPR. You and Borderless agree to seek in good faith a solution for any dispute through discussion, negotiation and mediation before reaching a disagreement. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Borderless does not accept any other jurisdiction unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. You will agree to any action that we take to stop or prevent you from presenting any action that violates this clause and to indemnify us for our costs in initiating such action.
